The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch (“HSBC Singapore”) had transferred its retail banking and wealth management business to the locally incorporated subsidiary, HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited in May 2016. Following the completion of the transfer, HSBC Singapore, with its full bank license, can only operate ATMs/CDMs services which are situated at the premises of our 6 branches (listed in Q3 below) for corporate customers.

You will only be able to access services at ATMs/CDMs at the 6 branches (listed in Q3 below). You will not be able to use ATMs/CDMs which are not located at the 6 branches with effect from 5th April 2018.

They are located at the following 6 locations: Claymore, Holland Village, Marine Parade, Raffles Place, Serangoon Garden and Orchard Dhoby Ghaut (Service to be demised from 1 March 25).

To continue enjoying ATM services for your HSBC Singapore corporate account and/or for your corporate card (for selected customers), please proceed to one of the branches listed in Q3 above.

“Offsite” ATMs/CDMs refers to those machines that are not situated at the 6 branches (listed in Q3 above). We regret to inform you that your HSBC Singapore corporate card will not be accepted at the offsite ATMs/CDMs with effect from 5th April 2018.

Yes, your card will continue to work at an overseas ATM where Mastercard’s Cirrus is available, subject to you successfully activating your card for overseas card usage with the bank.
