Updates to HSBC Corporate Card Conditions of Use and Corporate Card Terms and Conditions

With effect from 1 November 2026, HSBC Corporate Card Conditions of Use and related Terms and Conditions will be updated to provide further guidance on the secure use of physical, virtual and mobile cards, including safeguarding card and security credentials, online transaction authentication, and the handling of lost, stolen or compromised cards or credentials.

Update to Account Terms following the cessation of SGD corporate cheque

Effective from 1 December 2026, your Account Terms will be updated to address the cessation of SGD corporate cheques. If you have any questions, please contact your HSBC relationship representative.

  • STEP 1: Request for HSBC PayNow on SGQR by submitting form
  • STEP 2: Receive printed SGQR labels from HSBC
  • STEP 3: Display SGQR labels at your outlet/counter for your customers to make payments to you
  • STEP 4: Check for payment confirmation on your customer’s mobile banking app

Guidance on the Display of SGQR Labels

  1. Display only one SGQR label per point-of-sale
  2. Do not place any additional frames or branding materials on the SGQR label
  3. Use only SGQR label to accept QR payments.
